Terms & Conditions

  1. Communication

  • All communication regarding custom projects will be carried out exclusively via email.

  • Customers must provide a valid email address in the request form.

  • Our official contact email is info@isaroshstudio.com. We do not use social media accounts, messengers, or any other channels for project confirmation or file delivery. This policy helps to ensure authenticity and avoid fraud.

  2. Order Details

  • Customers are encouraged to describe their project needs as clearly and in as much detail as possible in the request form.

  • References are welcome: you may review examples in our [Shop] to understand our style, complexity level, and quality of work.

  • Insufficient or unclear project details may affect delivery time and the final result.

  3. Payment & Deposit

  • A non-refundable deposit of $49 CAD is required to confirm any custom project request.

  • The deposit will be credited toward the total project cost.

  • Work on your project will begin only after deposit payment is successfully processed.

  4. Delivery of Work

  • Upon completion, the final files will be delivered via a download link sent to your email address.

  • No physical goods will be shipped — all orders are digital products only.

  • Please ensure that your email address is correct and accessible, as we are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect contact information.

  5. Refunds & Revisions

  • Deposits are non-refundable.

  • Revisions may be discussed depending on the scope of the project, but major changes outside the initial request will require additional fees.

  • If for any reason the project cannot be completed on our side, the deposit will be refunded in full.

  6. Responsibility

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate details and communication throughout the process.

  • Isarosh Studio is not liable for delays caused by late responses, unclear requirements, or technical issues outside our control (e.g., email provider problems).

  7. Legal Notice

  • By submitting a request and paying the deposit, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

  • These terms are subject to updates, which will be published on this page.
