Digital Products
All sales of digital products (downloadable files, templates, graphics, and software) are final. Once the file is downloaded or accessed, it cannot be refunded, returned, or exchanged.
Physical Products (if applicable)
Our return and refund policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was defective or damaged upon arrival.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange for the same item, contact us at info@isaroshstudio.com.
Shipping Returns
To return your product, please contact us at info@isaroshstudio.com to arrange the return address. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
